What is your company or organization's industry? For agencies or design firms representing corporate clients, we will need to know your client's industry.
How long will the image be used? 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years are standard.

What is the page size of your printed material?
What is the size that the image will be reproduced at? This can be 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, full page, or two page spread.
Where will the image be placed in your document? Options here are front cover, inside cover, back cover, inside page.
What is the print run of your publication?
How many times do you expect to use the image?
What is the geographic distribution of your printed material? Examples are U.S. State, Regional, National, or International.

The URL where the image will be placed.
The size (in pixels or inches) that you intend to use the image on your site.
The placement of the image on your site. For example, will the image be used on every page as a header, prominently on the home page, or at a smaller size in an interior page?
